In this activity (which I did with my friend) we had to make 10 sentences about healthy lifestyles. If you think about it, it's not that difficult, but when you have literally no self care things get a little complicated, we were literally thinking "ok, how not to die".
Anyways, I upload this because even though we have a hard time taking care of ourselves, we could find and think of healthy stuff we can do.
