Class #16 9th of November: Class Activity

For this activity, we had to choose three poems or narrations from the book "Learning English with Selected Works of Oscar Hahn and Sergio Gonzalez" and then answer the questions related to the texts we chose. I liked this activity because I got to know different stories that I liked a lot about our city. Also, thanks to one of the texts I chose I learned about the fact that a book was burnt many years ago because of it's content, I found that really interesting and made me want to actually read that book so that I can see what was that "terrible" content.

Class #25 14th of December: Class Activity

In this activity (which I did with my friend) we had to make 10 sentences about healthy lifestyles. If you think about it, it's not that difficult, but when you have literally no self care things get a little complicated, we were literally thinking "ok, how not to die". Anyways, I upload this because even though we have a hard time taking care of ourselves, we could find and think of healthy stuff we can do.

Class #14 Nov 2nd: Class Activity

For this activity we had to choose a word from the text "I don't have time for this", look up it's definition and a picture that matches the word, and then we had to use that word in a sentence.  I decided to upload this activity because I think it was helpful because this way we could learn the correct meaning and the uses of a word in a different way. I also remember that I couldn't find a decent picture to put on the box because none of the pictures that I found were related to the word, so I gave up and chose that one in the screenshot.

Types of sentences

We made a conceptual map explaining the different types of sentences. We had to work in pairs so I did it with my friend Ignacio. I thought that this activity was really useful and very explanatory, because you can clearly see the difference explained between the types of sentences and the examples. Also it was fun to work in this homework because we both like monkeys, so we decided to put a picture of one... He looks happy, doesn't he?
